This Privacy Policy explains how Anytime Help ("Anytime Help", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Anytime Help mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Anytime Help is a resident-focused platform that allows residents to raise complaints and service requests, submit supporting photographs or documents, receive updates, communicate with authorised administrators, and track the progress of their requests.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. ABOUT ANYTIME HELP

2.4 Information received from service providers
Where a complaint is assigned to a service provider, contractor or agency, we may receive information concerning the handling of the complaint, including:

- Photographs of completed work
- Relevant communications
3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO SUBMIT
Anytime Help does not generally require highly sensitive personal information for ordinary complaint and resident-management functions.
Unless specifically requested and legally permitted for a particular purpose, you should not submit:
- Aadhaar numbers
- Passport numbers
- Government identification numbers
- Bank account numbers
- Credit or debit card numbers
- Biometric information
- Health or medical information
- Information concerning caste
- Information concerning religion
- Information concerning political views
- Information concerning sexual life
- Other highly sensitive personal information
If such information is accidentally submitted, including through a photograph, document or complaint description, we may redact, restrict or delete it where reasonably practicable.
4. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS AND ATTACHMENTS
Anytime Help allows users to attach photographs, videos, audio recordings and documents to complaints.
When submitting an attachment, you should provide only information that is reasonably necessary to explain or resolve the issue.
Whenever possible, photograph the problem rather than the person.
Please avoid unnecessarily capturing:
- People's faces
- Children
- Domestic workers
- Security guards
- Vehicle registration numbers
- Private documents
- House interiors
- Personal identification documents
- Other residents' private information
If an attachment contains unnecessary personal information, we may redact or remove it where reasonably practicable.
5. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

6. HOW WE SHARE COMPLAINT INFORMATION
The purpose of Anytime Help is to help residents get their complaints resolved.
When you submit a complaint, it may be necessary to share relevant information with the people responsible for investigating or resolving that complaint.
For example:
Housekeeping complaint
Information may be shared with the relevant housekeeping agency, supervisor or authorised RWA administrator.
Security complaint
Information may be shared with the security agency, security supervisor, RWA or, where appropriate, law-enforcement authorities.
Plumbing complaint
Information may be shared with the relevant plumber, technician, contractor or RWA administrator.
Electrical complaint
Information may be shared with the relevant electrical contractor or technician.
Parking complaint
Information may be shared with the RWA, parking team or security personnel.
Waste-management complaint
Information may be shared with the relevant waste-management contractor or authority.
Utility complaint
Information may be shared with the relevant electricity, water or other utility provider where necessary.
We aim to follow a need-to-know principle and share only information reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve the complaint.
7. WHAT INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
Depending on the complaint, the information shared may include:
- Name
- Flat or unit number
- Location
- Nature of the complaint
- Complaint description
- Relevant dates
- Photographs
- Videos
- Documents
- Contact information
- Other information reasonably necessary to resolve the complaint
We do not share more information merely because it is convenient to do so.
Where reasonably practicable, we may redact or withhold unnecessary information.

9. SERVICE PARTNERS AND INDEPENDENT RECIPIENTS
We distinguish between two broad categories of recipients.
9.1 Service Partners
Service Partners are organisations or individuals that process information on behalf of Anytime Help or the RWA and under applicable instructions.
Examples may include:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Messaging providers
- Ticketing providers
- Technical service providers
- Contractors working through the Platform
Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
9.2 Independent Recipients
Independent Recipients may receive information and determine independently how they handle it.

- Agencies independently engaged by the RWA
Such organisations may have their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
After a lawful and proportionate disclosure to an Independent Recipient, we are not responsible for that recipient's subsequent independent acts or omissions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes responsibility for:
- An unlawful disclosure by us
- An unnecessary disclosure by us
- Sharing information with the wrong recipient
- Sharing more information than reasonably necessary
- Our own negligence
- Fraud or wilful misconduct
- Failure to apply required security safeguards
- Responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded
10. DO WE SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
No.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not sell your complaints, photographs, videos, documents, contact information or resident information to advertisers or other third parties.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for legitimate business, operational, analytical and service-improvement purposes where reasonably practicable.
11. ADVERTISING
Anytime Help may display advertisements within the Platform.
Our intended approach is to use contextual advertising that does not rely on your personal data, complaint history or individual behaviour to select advertisements.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
We do not intentionally target advertising at children.
If we introduce personalised or behaviourally targeted advertising in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any consent required by applicable law before introducing such processing.
12. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Service communications are different from marketing communications.
Service communications may include OTPs, complaint updates, security notifications and important account information.
Marketing or promotional communications will be treated separately and, where required, will be sent only after obtaining appropriate consent.
Where applicable, you may withdraw your consent to optional promotional communications without affecting the core complaint-management functions of the Platform.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may use third-party providers to operate the Platform.
These providers may provide services such as:
- Cloud hosting
- Data storage
- SMS delivery
- OTP delivery
- Email delivery
- Push notifications
- Error monitoring

14. CLOUD HOSTING
The Platform may use Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud infrastructure providers.
Cloud providers are responsible for the security of their underlying cloud infrastructure, while Anytime Help is responsible for appropriately configuring and securing the systems and services that it operates.
We do not represent any third-party certification, audit or security attestation belonging to a cloud provider as our own.
15. DATA STORAGE AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We aim to store and process personal information using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
Depending on the infrastructure and service providers used by the Platform, certain information may be processed or accessed from locations outside India.
Where personal information is transferred or processed internationally, we will comply with applicable Indian data-protection requirements and any applicable restrictions concerning international transfers.
The locations used for storage, backup, monitoring and other processing may change as our technical infrastructure develops.

- Use a strong password where passwords are used
- Keep your mobile device secure
- Keep your operating system updated
- Keep the Anytime Help application updated
- Inform us if you suspect unauthorised access

We maintain processes for detecting, investigating, containing and responding to personal-data breaches and security incidents.

Deletion of your Anytime Help account does not necessarily delete separate records independently maintained by an RWA.

23. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Anytime Help accounts are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
The Platform is not intended to be used independently by children.
We do not knowingly create accounts for individuals under 18.
If we discover that an account has been created by a person under 18, we may suspend or close the account and take appropriate action concerning the associated information.
Complaints submitted by adults may occasionally contain information relating to children.
Users should avoid uploading photographs or videos of children unless such information is genuinely necessary to explain or resolve a complaint.
Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for children's personal data, we will comply with those requirements.
24. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The mobile application may not use browser cookies in the ordinary sense used by websites.
However, the application may use technologies such as:

By submitting content, you permit Anytime Help and the relevant RWA, where necessary, to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, redact and disclose that content solely to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Platform and handle the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of your complaint content.
We do not sell your complaint content.
We do not license your complaint photographs or documents to advertisers.
27. COMPLAINT VISIBILITY
Complaints submitted through Anytime Help are not necessarily anonymous.
A complaint may be accessible to:
- The resident who submitted it
- Authorised RWA administrators
- Assigned service providers
- Contractors
- Personnel who need the information to investigate or resolve the complaint
Even if your name is removed, you may still be identifiable from:
- Flat number
- Location
- Photograph
- Description
- Timing
- Nature of the complaint
Therefore, you should consider this before submitting a complaint.
28. FALSE OR MISUSE OF COMPLAINTS
Users are expected to provide accurate information.
You should not use Anytime Help to:
- Submit knowingly false complaints
- Harass another person
- Threaten another person
- Impersonate another person
- Defame another person
- Submit abusive content
- Submit discriminatory content
- Upload unlawful content
- Intentionally misuse another person's personal information
We may restrict, remove, reject, merge or close complaints that violate our Terms or applicable law.
29. DISCLOSURES REQUIRED BY LAW
We may disclose personal information when required or permitted by applicable law.
This may include disclosures to:
- Courts
- Police
- Government authorities
- Regulators
- Municipal authorities
- Law-enforcement agencies
- Other competent authorities
We will seek to limit such disclosures to what is reasonably required by the relevant legal request or applicable law.

30. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If Anytime Help or the business operating the Platform is involved in:

32. RWA RESPONSIBILITIES
The RWA may independently maintain records concerning:
- Residents
- Ownership
- Tenancy
- Maintenance
- Community administration
- Vendors
- Complaints
- Community activities
Information held independently by the RWA may be governed by the RWA's own policies, rules and legal obligations.
Where an RWA administrator accesses information through Anytime Help, that administrator is expected to use the information only for authorised community-management purposes.
33. EMERGENCY SERVICES
ANYTIME HELP IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE.
Anytime Help is not:
- A police service
- A fire service
- An ambulance service
- A medical service
- A rescue service
- A disaster-response service
- A security-monitoring service
Complaints are not continuously monitored.
No emergency response time is guaranteed.
If you experience a fire, gas leak, medical emergency, crime in progress, threat to personal safety, structural collapse, electrocution risk or any other emergency requiring immediate assistance, contact the relevant emergency services directly.

Use Anytime Help to create or record a complaint where appropriate, not instead of contacting emergency services.
34. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes may be made because of:
- New Platform features
- Changes in our services
- Changes in data-processing practices
- Changes to service providers
- Changes in applicable law
- Security requirements
- Operational requirements
When we make material changes, we may notify users through the Platform, email, SMS or another appropriate method where required.
The latest version will always contain an updated "Last Updated" date.
